Job Description
- The selected candidate will be a part of Sys Admin/Application Support team, responsible for providing first level technical support and guidance to users in India and USA on a regular basis.
- He will ensure that all telecommunication systems are functional and agreed service levels are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Local and data center infrastructure.
- Linux and VMWARE based servers remotely.
- Apache/IIS based Web servers.
- Tomcat application servers.
- Schedule and execute application releases.
- Create documentation for infrastructure.
Skills
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Expertise in Linux, Tomcat Apache, VMWARE and shell scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to provide creative and innovative ideas.
- Self motivated and self disciplined.
