Job Details
- Education Qualification: Graduate with 15 years of formal English Medium education.
- Pre-requisite: Candidate to be proficient in business writing skills.
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

- Each CSA should have the ability to navigate knowledge bank & other CRM systems and write appropriate case logs / notes to capture customer interactions.

Salary : 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
