Job Description
- Inbound voice support for international & domestic customers.
- Handle inquiries from customer regarding the products & service, resolve issues and manage escalations.
- Retain customers through resolving issues and through excellent customer service.
- Edify the customers on the various plans available.
Skills
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Salary : Rs: 1,75,000 – 2,25,000 P.A.
