Job Description
Responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through various – Job sites, social networking sites etc.
Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements.
Candidate should be proficient in using Job Portals and Networking sites to mine for suitable candidates.
Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent.
Follow up with candidate during the interview stage.
Maintain database and other reports as required.
Good communication (Verbal & Written).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Preliminary screening/short-listing the right candidates for the position.
Coordinating for the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
Follow up on the feedback.
Follow up with the candidate till onboard.
Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. Maintaining Joint resume database Computer savvy.
Good communication and convincing skills. Flexible regarding work timings.
A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates working IT Corporate Recruitment in BI, BW, DWH technologies encompassing, Informatica, Business Objects, Microstrategy, OBIEE, SAP, ODI, SAP Hana amp; Sales Force.
