Job Description
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Direct the Guests, Customers, Clients, New Employees and other visitors to the concerned staff/office under escort.
  • Provide appropriate Visitors pass to the visitors/ new employees.
  • Coordinate all arrangements for clients visit and place required orders to concerned vendors.
  • Coordinate arrangements for Board Meetings and other meetings as per SOP and coordinate with POCs.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and phone calls.
  • Obtain & Maintain Medicines for First Aid Medical Supplies.
  • Respond to external inquiries.
  • Provide Secretarial Support.
  • Shift Timing : 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Sunday Off.

  • Good understanding of Front Desk Management.
  • Priority setting, problem solving and monitoring skills.
  • Must be analytical, systematic and result-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective Communication Skills with a capacity to co-ordinate & interact from lowest to the highest levels of hierarchy.
