Job Description
- Managing QA activities in defined programs Responsible for Quality Assurance set up in new programs & defined programs.
- Auditing of calls, call monitoring, call barging, call evaluation.
- Conducting quality sessions.
- Experience into sharing feedback, coaching session or classroom trainings.
- Transaction Monitoring Responsible for Quality Excellence set up in new & existing processes / sub skills.
- Lead and Manage the Knowledge Management.
- Construct and guideline adherence through Process Calibration on regular basis in close coordination with operational leaders and external clients.
- Good experience on quality tools (Pareto, Fishbone etc).
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
