Job Description
  • Responsible for providing technical support at the client/ Bank site in timely manner.
  • Monitoring Bank’s Switch and other systems at client / Banks site.
  • Resolving technical issues relating to transactions and ATMs through Emails / telephonic support.
  • Liaising with internal / external teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
  • Liaising with vendors for issues related to ATM, POS & Network.
  • Providing reports to Bank as per requirement.
  • Responsible for day to day activities like ATM addition, Branch addition, Card Blocking, etc in BASE24 and other Banks system.


  • Should have good communication Skill.
  • Ready to work in rotational shift.
  • Need science graduate only (Bsc/BCA/MCA/Msc/BE/ME).
  • Should have minimum 50% in graduation.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
