Job Description
- The primary responsibility is to handle all the HR related activities (Induction, On boarding, Pay Roll, Issuing Letters (Termination/ Contract Extension/ Warning Letters), Preparing MIS Reports, Exit Formalities of the off- shore employees deployed in the client location in the US.
Other Details
- Minimum 0.6 to 3 years experience from HR or BPO (International Voice Process) Background.
- Should be an immediate joiner.
- Notice max (15- 20 days).
- Should be willing to work night shift.
