Job Description
- Sourcing, Screening & Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.
- Interacting with the team members regarding the requirements.
- Should responsible for sending daily, weekly & Monthly reports to the Managing Director.
- Job posting and mass-mailing for various requirement in job portals & social Network.
- Responsible for Maintenance of internal data base.
- Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining.
